Le-Ax Regional Water District Waterline Project on Pedigo Ridge, Grass Run and Bodin Roads

The Ohio EPA has made available for public review an Environmental Assessment of the Le-Ax Water District’s Waterline Project on Pedigo Ridge, Grass Run, and Bodin Roads. The public will have a 30-day period in which to review the Environmental Assessment and provide comments back to Ohio EPA through the staff environmental planner listed on the back of the document. The project consists of installing 16,000 feet of new waterline, to residents along the above reference roads who currently rely on low producing ground water wells or surface water source cisterns for their drinking water resources. Consumer Confidence Report

The Le-Ax Water District has prepared a Consumer Confidence Report to provide information report_2.jpgto our customers on the quality of our drinking water. This report is required as part of the Safe Drinking Water Act Reauthorization of 1996 and is required to be delivered to the customers by July 1st of each year. Included in this report is general health information, water quality test results, and water system contacts. If you did not receive a copy of this report, please contact the Office or you may download a copy from this website.
